Mason Homes Parklands Subdivision

This project has been Todd Brothers’ largest, onsite earthworks project to date, with close to 400,000 m3 of earth being moved.

This project has been Todd Brothers’ largest, onsite earthworks project to date, with close to 400,000 m3 of earth being moved.  This project demanded the right equipment and personnel to complete it on schedule.  Large quantities of boulders within the ground challenged engineered fill operations.   Todd Brothers deployed a special rock rake attachment, mounted to a wheel loader, to separate rock while engineering fill in order to meet compaction requirements and keep production on track. A large storm pond was constructed with a native clay liner in difficult ground conditions.  Park blocks were finished graded and seeded, a construction access road built and existing house and barn structures were demolished.
