Todd Brothers is proud to have completed the earthworks for the Mattamy Whitevale West development, in partnership with Mattamy Seaton Limited. This large scale project involved the movement of approximately 421,600 cubic metres of earth, shaping and grading the land to prepare for future residential development.

Utilizing a fleet of rock trucks, scrapers, dozers, excavators, and packers, our team executed mass excavation, cut-and-fill balancing, and subgrade preparation with precision and efficiency.

Our work not only ensures a structurally sound foundation for upcoming phases of construction but also supports critical timelines for site servicing and infrastructure installation.
