Todd Brothers completed site servicing for an 80 lot, 2 phase, estate subdivision. All earth works, sewer and water main, road construction, and storm pond construction was completed on time.  Extensive well point dewatering was deployed to aid sewer construction, due to the high water table conditions.  As well, geosynthetic wrapped drainage blankets were used for the road work. As part of our contract, the water main was tunneled under Hwy. 48, with no traffic interruptions, using jack-bore directional drilling.
