Todd Brothers successfully completed the Cobourg East Trunk Sewer Project – a critical early-stage infrastructure build that included approximately 863.4m of trunk sanitary sewer and nearly 457m of watermain to enable future development within the Cobourg East Community Secondary Plan area. 

Funded in part through provincial grant of up to $25 million from Ontario’s Housing-Enabling Water Systems Fund, the project provides essential clean water and wastewater capacity to support the planned construction of over 2,200 new homes.

The sewer and watermain installation now lays a solid foundation for housing growth, unlocking development potential and accelerating economic expansion in the region. Todd Brothers is proud to have delivered this key trunk infrastructure as part of a major effort to support Cobourg’s expansion.
