This joint venture earth works project, with Sorbara and Fieldgate, on a 100 acre parcel of land in North Brooklin. Consisted of 10km of erosion control/tree fence, multiple acres of clearing and grubbing, 100,000m3 of topsoil to be stockpiled, 120,000m3 of topsoil and 180,000m3 of fill to be removed offsite, 125,000m3 of fill to be engineered onsite and construction of 2 storm water management ponds.
