Creditstone Fuel Terminal

Todd Brothers was awarded the civil component of the Creditstone Fuel Terminal project for CN Rail through Tri Innovations consulting LTD. Our scope included constructing foundations for five 200,000 gallon storage tanks and a containment liner systems under the new fuel storage tanks, we also installed a water capture system to manage stormwater and potential fuel spills. Todd Brothers installed a 2.2 km, 16” watermain network with 17 hydrants. 4.5m x 4.5m valve chambers and backflow preventers were also installed. Installing over 1200 lineal meters of concrete duct banks and transformer pads. Installed a storm water management system consisting of 24 MH’s and 5 CB’s and 1000’s meters of pipe, up to 1.5m in size.

Parking lot construction consisted of the following:

  • Removal of 50,000m² of asphalt.
  • Removal of 48,000 tonnes of contaminated soil, 21,000 m3 of clean fill
  • Placed over 80,000 tonnes of new gravel
