Todd Brothers was retained to perform emergency repairs to Liverpool Road after the road base collapsed during trunk sewer tunnel construction.  Crews were deployed and the road was immediately stabilized.  Sewers were reconstructed in the collapsed area, curb and sidewalk replaced and the remaining asphalt profiled and repaved.  Work was successfully completed under immense public and municipal scrutiny.
